Constant Surveillance

This was originally an additional concept piece for an assigned project involving the 10-hour time constraint. This piece later helped to shape the idea that eventually matured into the concept piece involving the Cyberpunk city with the Steampunk blimp. Looking at this piece now, I can't help but notice certain similarities with current world events. For improvement, I feel that the addition of rain and therefore a wet ground would add extra emotion to the piece. This change will likely be added to the web page in the future.
